  • Loan underwriting for CDFIs and foundations, including project and borrower financial analysis.  
  • Prepare development and operating pro formas with alternative financing scenarios for a wide variety of affordable housing types, including permanent supportive housing, seniors, veterans, family developments, and mixed-use.
